Scaling a CSA: During our first 4 years of farming we scaled our CSA to 350-400 members and for the last 1-2 years, we have focused on creating more efficiencies within our CSA program and production planning. We will share best practices (and mistakes!) around communication, quality control, logistics, record keeping and production planning of scaling a CSA.
