As you may know already, soil is the foundation of the food system - healthy soils produce healthy plants, which in turn nourish our bodies. Since soil plays such a critical role in this system, we are working hard to track and continuously improve the quality of our soil at Wild Hope Farm. I am excited to share with you insight into our soil health and some of the steps we will take to increase this quality.
